   FOUO & Classified Session Attendance Requirements

All technical sessions (Tuesday, June 2 and Wednesday, June 3) will be held in a FOR OFFICAL USE ONLY (FOUO) environment at the Wyndham Orlando Resort Hotel. The CLASSIFIED SESSION (Thursday, June 4) will be held at Shades of Green.

FOUO and CLASSIFIED sessions will be limited to citizens of U.S., Australia, Canada, U.K., DoD personnel and support contractors whose attendance is related to their position or program.

Tuesday, June 2

Spouses Coffee Hour
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Cedar/Marathon Room

This hour will give your traveling companions the opportunity to learn about all there is to do in Orlando. The hotel concierge will be on site for advice and tour booking.

Informal Lunch with Exhibitors
12:15 p.m. – 1:40 p.m., Exhibit Hall, Palms Ballroom

This event is included in the price of a FULL registration. Guest tickets may be purchased on site at a cost of $60 each.

Exhibitor Hosted Meet & Greet Social
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Exhibit Hall, Palms Ballroom

Join exhibitors as they host an evening of information and cuisine. A cash bar will be offered. This event is included with any type of registration. Spouses and traveling companions 21 and older are welcome.

Wednesday, June 3

Informal Lunch with Exhibitors
12:15 p.m. – 1:40 p.m., Exhibit Hall, Palms Ballroom

This event is included in the price of a FULL registration. Guest tickets may be purchased on site at a cost of $60 each.

All FOUO sessions and exhibits (June 2-3) will be held in the Wyndham Orlando Resort.

Be sure to identify yourself as a JSDE/ION Joint Navigation Conference (JNC) meeting participants to receive the prevailing U.S. federal per diem government rate (currently $109 single/double per night). Reserve your room by May 1 to ensure you get a room at the government rate!

There is no charge for self parking at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. In-room high speed internet is available for $10 per day.

Transportation
Orlando International Airport is within 12 miles from the Wyndham Orlando Resort. On-way taxi fare to the Wyndham Orlando Resort is approximately $35 with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes.

Mears Motor Shuttle (24-hour service) runs every 15-30 minutes from the airport, with a travel time of approximately 45-60 minutes, for $17 each way. To catch a shuttle follow signs to the baggage claim area and continue outside the terminal to the white shuttle booths.

Driving Directions
From Orlando International Airport to the Wyndham Orlando Resort: When leaving the airport, you will see the “Bee Line Expressway” exit on the right hand side. Take the expressway (also known as State Road 528) going West. Once on the expressway, you will go through two tollbooths ($0.75 each). Take the Universal Blvd. Exit (#2). Turn right onto Universal Blvd. and then a left onto Sand Lake Rd. The entrance to the Wyndham Orlando Resort is on the lefthand side of Sand Lake Rd.

Tuesday, June 2: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

(lunch will be served in the exhibit hall from 12:15 p.m. – 1:40 p.m., the Exhibitor Hosted Meet & Greet Social will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Wednesday, June 3: 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (lunch from 12:15 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.)

Coffee and all conference refreshments will be served in the exhibit hall.
